Concept of Absolute and Its Alternative Forms

• Neo-Vedāntin Krishnachandra Bhattacharyya was a well-known Indian philosopher of the 20^th century who had an impact on both Western philosophy — particularly Kant and Hegel — and Hindu darūanas. Bhattacharyya developed his own philosophical concepts that went beyond the ideas and verbal formulations of Kant and Hegel, even if his roots were in Sanskrit writings. He also presented the ideas of both texts in Indian terms.
