Metaphysics of Hegel: Being and Becoming
Being and Becoming
- Hegel conceived logic similar to metaphysics, because for him, knowledge and being coincided. He used logic in the sense of the genealogy of pure concepts. He believed that the logos or the object of logic, is of two views, namely, things-in-us and the other which produces these things-in-us, is the thing-in-itself. Thus, for Hegel, the genealogy of the things, is the explanation of the metaphysics.
