Speluncean Explorers

“The Case of Speluncean Explorers, ” a paper written in 1949 by Lon L. Fuller. It was published in Harvard Law Review. The case is conjectural but is based on two historical cases. Four explorers are at the trial for the crime murder, as they killed and ate another explorer, named Roger Whet more. They ate him to survive.
